Here you can access all my Downloads of my classes, and donate to your favourite Charity in the links below. All donatations, however big or small, are most gratefully received!

I upload new videos every month and each month has a different theme - if you would have any suggestions do please conatct me and I will include them! 

Each month has three class types and all have the same playlist. Classes are about 35 minutes long:

  1. Dance - just dance, to great songs, with easy choreography to follow along to! 

  2. Dance Hoopla 50/50 - waist hoop for one song, hold the hoop for the next song for a great arm workout!

  3. Dance Hoopla Challenge - waist hoop for the duration of the whole class!
